Strip down appliance and clean heat exchanger, burner and pilot. Check ignition and flame failure devices. Reassemble and test operation. Check flue pull and position. Check gas standing and working pressures at appliance. Check header tank and courtesy check on radiators. Reset controls to customers requirements. Plus installation soundness test.
